摘　　要：偏心套的加工质量直接关系到线材轧机齿轮箱的啮合运转情况,进而影响线材轧机的轧制速度和轧制质量。为了改进产品质量,以抓产品制造质量为突破口,攻克关键零件的加工,将关键零件偏心套的加工质量作为课题攻关,降低废品率,提高产品的质量。The processing quality of the eccentric sleeve is directly related to the wire rod mill gear box meshing operation,which will affect the rolling speed and rolling quality of the wire rod mill.In order to improve product quality,in order to grasp the quality of product manufacturing as a breakthrough,attack the processing of key parts,the processing quality of key parts eccentric sleeve as a subject of attack,reduce the scrap rate,improve the quality of the product.
