摘 要:针对挖金湾煤矿复合顶板巷道掘进过程中顶板下沉严重、加固支护不佳的问题,通过现场监测、理论分析和数值模拟相结合的方法,分析了复合顶板巷道的变形破坏特性及支护原理,并对巷道原支护方案中“锚索间排距2400mm、2400mm,‘2-2’布置”调整为“锚索间排距1600mm、1600mm,‘2-3-2’布置”,并通过数值模拟验证了支护参数的可行性。通过现场实测可得,巷道顶板下沉量及锚索受力分别控制在56mm、260kN以内,有效控制了巷道顶板的变形破坏。Aiming at the problems of serious roof subsidence and poor reinforcement support during the tunneling of composite roof roadway in Dujinwan coal mine,the deformation and damage characteristics of composite roof roadway and the support principle were analysed by combining on-site monitoring,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,and the spacing of anchor cables between rows of 2,400 mm×2,400 mm in the original support scheme was adjusted to 1,600 mm×1,600 mm,and the arrangement of 2-2 was adjusted to 1,600 mm×1,600 mm,which is the same as that of the original support scheme.The row spacing of 2400 mm×2400 mm and"2-2"arrangement in the original support scheme is adjusted to 1600 mm×1600 mm and"2-3-2"arrangement,and the feasibility of the support parameters is verified by numerical simulation.Through on-site measurement,it can be obtained that the sinking amount of the roof plate and the force of the anchor cable are controlled within 56 mm and 260 kN respectively,which effectively control the deformation damage of the roof plate of the roadway.
