摘　　要：目的系统评价杞菊地黄丸联合天麻钩藤饮治疗高血压的疗效和安全性。方法检索相关数据库中公开发表的关于杞菊地黄丸联合天麻钩藤饮治疗高血压的随机对照试验,提取数据并进行Meta分析。结果共纳入31篇文献,实验组1931例、对照组1852例高血压患者。Meta分析结果显示,杞菊地黄丸联合天麻钩藤饮治疗高血压的降压效果[SBP∶MD=12.11,95%CI(10.11,14.10);DBP∶MD=8.48,95%CI(6.91,10.06)]和有效率[RR=1.18,95%CI(1.15,1.21)]均显著优于常规西药治疗,且不良反应发生率显著低于常规西药治疗[RR=0.41,95%CI(0.31,0.53)]。相比单独使用杞菊地黄丸联合天麻钩藤饮,与常规西药联合并未显著增强降压和治疗效果,反而导致不良反应率增加1.93倍。结论杞菊地黄丸联合天麻钩藤饮治疗高血压的疗效和安全性优于常规西药治疗,与常规西药联合使用时需注意不良反应的风险。Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qiju Dihuang pills combined with Tianma Gouteng yin in treating hypertension.Methods Performing a systematic database search for published randomized controlled trials investigating the efficacy of Qiju Dihuang pills combined with Tianma Gouteng yin in treating hypertension,extracting data,and conducting a meta-analysis.Results A total of 31 studies involving 3783 hypertensive patients were included.Meta-analysis results revealed that the combined therapy of Qiju Dihuang pills and Tianma Gouteng yin significantly surpassed conventional western medicine in terms of reducing blood pressure[SBP:MD=12.11,95%CI(10.11,14.10);DBP:MD=8.48,95%CI(6.91,10.06)]and efficacy rate[RR=1.18,95%CI(1.15,1.21)],with a notably lower incidence of adverse reactions compared to conventional western medicine[RR=0.41,95%CI(0.31,0.53)].Compared to the combined use of Qiju Dihuang pills with Tianma Gouteng yin alone,the combination with conventional western medicine did not significantly enhance the antihypertensive and therapeutic effects.Instead,it resulted in a 1.93-fold increase in the incidence of adverse reactions.Conclusion The efficacy and safety of Qiju Dihuang pills combined with Tianma Gouteng yin in treating hypertension are superior to conventional western medicine treatment.However,when used in combination with conventional western medicine,attention should be paid to the risk of adverse reactions.
