摘　　要：区际产业转移是优化国家生产力布局的重要手段。在经济全球化放缓、世界经济复苏乏力背景下,我国经济面临高端制造业向发达国家回流,低端制造业向东南亚和南亚国家转移的双重压力。有序推进区际产业转移需要构建系统性分析框架。本文尝试构建一个改进后的“推力-拉力-阻力”区际产业转移作用力系统,从推力因素、拉力因素、阻力因素等三个维度对产业转出地和产业承接地的产业转移作用力进行系统性分析,并据此提出有序推进我国区际产业转移的改进策略。Inter-regional industrial transfer is an important means to optimize the distribution of national produc-tive forces.Against the background of slowing globalization and sluggish recovery of the world economy,China's econ-omy is under the dual pressure of high-end manufacturing returning to developed countries and low-end manufacturing transferring to Southeast and South Asian countries.The orderly promotion of inter-regional industrial transfer requires the construction of a systematic analysis framework.This paper attempts to build an improved"push-pull-resistance"inter-regional industrial transfer force system.From the push factors,the pull factors and the resistance factors,this paper systematically analyzes the industrial transfer force of the industrial transfer destination and the industrial trans-fer destination.Finally,it puts forward the improvement strategies for orderly promoting China's inter-regional indus-trial transfer.
