摘 要:拜登政府执政后,中美经贸关系总体保持稳定,这在贸易、金融和投资等领域有数据体现。这主要得益于中美双方共同执行第一阶段协议、新冠疫情反复以及中美经济的结构性互补等原因。拜登政府虽然基本延续了特朗普政府的对华高关税政策,但同时也在理念、手段、议题以及区域等方面积极寻求再调整。随着战略竞争加剧,中美经贸关系也出现了新的竞争领域。特别是在供应链、经济联盟、地区经济制度以及经济制裁等方面,中美竞争表现得尤为突出。中美经贸关系战略竞争的本质不容低估。未来拜登政府对华经贸政策究竟何去何从,仍不确定。Since the Biden Administration took office,Sino⁃US economic relations have generally remained stable.This is mainly due to the implementation of the first⁃phase agreement,the recurrence of the COVID⁃19,and the structural complementarity between the two economies.Although the Biden Administration basi⁃cally continued the Trump Administration's high tariff policy towards China,it actively sought readjustment in terms of ideas,means,issues and regions.As the strategic competition between China and the United States intensifies,new fields for the competition also appears have been emerging across the supply chain,economic union,regional economic system,and economic sanctions.The essence of the strategic competi⁃tion in the Sino⁃US economic and trade relations should not be underestimated.The Sino⁃U.S.economic re⁃lations have been at a crossroads.
