美奥舒宫内组织切除系统联合垂体后叶素治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 分析子宫内膜息肉患者在治疗期间选用美奥舒宫腔镜组织切除系统(即美奥舒宫腔镜刨削系统)治疗的优势。方法 选取我院2021年1月至2022年6月进行治疗的60例子宫内膜息肉患者,将患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,对应提供美奥舒宫腔镜刨削系统治疗方案、宫腔镜下电切治疗方案。收集并比较两组手术相关指标、评价效果、统计并发症发生情况。结果 与对照组相比,观察组手术所用时间更短、术中出血量更少,且住院时间更短,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组总有效率较高,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现严重并发症,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 子宫内膜息肉患者选用美奥舒宫腔镜刨削系统治疗可确保手术的顺利及安全,减少术中出血量,增强整体治疗效果。Objective To analyze the advantages of using the Myosure hysteroscopic tissue resection system(Myosure hysteroscopic planing system)during the treatment of endometrial polyps in patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with endometrial polyps were selected to receive treatment in our hospital between January 2021 and June 2022.The patients were divided into an observation group and a control group according to a random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The corresponding treatment plans for the Myosure hysteroscopy planing system and hysteroscopy electrosection were provided separately.The surgical-related indicators,evaluate effectiveness,and statistically analyze of the occurrence of complications of the 2 groups were collected and compared.Results The observation group had a shorter operation time,less intraoperative bleeding,and a shorter hospitalization time compared with the control group(all P<0.05).The observation group had better total effective rate,which was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious complications in either group,and the differences was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with endometrial polyps,the use of the Myosure hysteroscopic cutting system ensures smooth and safe surgery,reduces intraoperative bleeding,and enhances overall treatment efficacy.
