空间视角下西藏各区县产业集聚现状研究——基于2020年西藏74区县数据

摘　　要：党的二十大报告指出,要建设现代化产业体系,把发展经济的着力点放在实体经济上。产业是经济发展的基础,产业集聚则是推动产业快速发展的“点火器”。文章以西藏自治区74个区县的三次产业为研究对象,基于其2020年相关产业数据,通过空间自相关等方法分析西藏第一产业、第二产业、第三产业在各区县的产业空间集聚性,结果表明西藏三次产业存在明显的“高—高集聚”和“低—低集聚”分布,同时通过各项数据可视化结果进行对比,对西藏三次产业下的不同集聚分布县域提出“立足各区县自身特色与实际,因地制宜的优化区域产业空间布局,强化区域协同联动”等对策性建议,旨为促进西藏空间经济结构优化和一定程度上解决不平衡不充分的问题。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)pointed out that it is necessary to build a modern industrial system and put the focus of economic development on the real economy.In-dustry is the foundation of economic development,and industrial agglomeration acts as the“igniter”to promote the rapid industrial development.Based on the relevant industry data in 2020,this paper takes the three industries in 74 districts and counties in Xizang as the research object,and analyzes the spatial agglomeration of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in various districts and counties through spatial auto-correlation and other meth-ods.The results indicate that there is an obvious distribution of“high-high agglomeration”and“low-low agglomer-ation”in the three industries in Xizang.Through the comparison of various data visualization results,the study pro-poses countermeasures and suggestions for different agglomeration distribution counties under the three industries in Xizang,such as“optimizing the spatial layout of regional industries and strengthening regional synergies and collaborations based on the characteristics and reality of each district and county.”The purpose is to promote the optimization of Xizang’s spatial economic structure and solve the problems of imbalance and inadequacy to a cer-tain extent.
