摘 要:探讨红掌新品系火烈鸟组织快繁技术,为实现其规模化生产提供技术支持。以火烈鸟为材料,研究其组织培养技术。结果表明,火烈鸟的嫩叶可以被诱导分化出不定芽,外植体的最佳消毒时间为10 min,以1/2 MS添加1.5 mg/L 6-BA和0.3 mg/L NAA为诱导培养基,不定芽的分化情况最好;在增殖培养基中添加0.6 mg/L 6-BA和0.2 mg/L IBA,火烈鸟增殖系数最高,达到3.44;在生根培养基中添加0.2 mg/L NAA和0.2 mg/L IBA,培养至30 d时,生根率已高达100%。通过叶片直接诱导出不定芽,可以建立火烈鸟高效快繁技术体系,为红掌的规模化繁殖及工厂化生产提供理论依据。This research explored the tissue culture and rapid propagation of a new strain of the anthurium‘Flamingo’aiming to provide technical support for its mass production.The experiment used the anthurium‘Flamingo’as the research material and focused on its tissue culture technology.The experimental results indicate that the anthurium‘Flamingo’can be induced to differentiate into adventitious buds.The optimal disinfection time for the explants was 10 minutes.The adventitious buds differentiated best when 1/2 MS was added to 1.5 mg·L^(-1)6-BA and 0.3 mg·L^(-1) NAA,which served as the inducing culture medium.With the addition of 0.6 mg·L^(-1)6-BA and 0.2 mg·L^(-1) IBA to the propagation subculture medium,the propagation coefficient of the‘Flamingo’was the highest,reaching 3.44.By adding 0.2 mg·L^(-1) NAA and 0.2 mg·L^(-1) IBA to the rooting culture medium,a rooting rate of up to 100%can be achieved by 30 days of culture.It suggests that a highly efficient and rapid propagation technology system for‘Flamingo’can be established by directly inducing adventitious buds from leaf tissues,potentially providing a theoretical basis for mass propagation and industrial production of anthurium.
