燃气锅炉自行监测中易忽视的问题探讨

摘　　要：燃气锅炉因其热效率高、污染小等优势逐步替代了传统的燃煤锅炉和燃油锅炉,但在自行监测工作中仍存在一些易被忽视的问题。为保证燃气锅炉及其在线监测运行判断的有效性和监测数据的有效性,对燃气锅炉的CEMS量程选择、CEMS技术验收、烟气参数、校验与比对、手工监测进行了探讨,并从法规、技术、管理等方面提出了改进建议,以期通过更加规范化的燃气锅炉自行监测工作助力绿色工厂、无废城市及碳中和碳达峰等目标的实现。Gas-fired boiler had gradually replaced traditional coal-fired boiler and oil-fired boiler because of its high thermal efficiency and low pollution.In order to ensure the validity of operation judgment and monitoring data of gas-fired boiler,the selection of continuous emission monitoring system range,technical acceptance of continuous emission monitoring system,flue gas parameters,calibration and comparison,manual monitoring of gas-fired boilers were probed into,and some suggestions for improvement were advanced from the aspects of regulations,technology and management,etc.,with a view to more standardized gas boiler self-monitoring work to help Green Factories,Waste-free Cities and Carbon Emissions Peak&Carbon Neutrality and other objectives to achieve.
