摘  要:不锈钢车体底架边梁通常采用钢板辊弯成形工艺,为了加强边梁本身结构,同时考虑与牵枕缓的装配结构,底架边梁在枕梁周边区域通常采取补强板+封板的结构进行补强。不锈钢材料具有热导率低、线膨胀系数大的物理特性,导致底架边梁在采用MAG焊接方法焊接补强板及封板时变形较大,影响后工序底架组装。通过对底架边梁的结构焊接模拟仿真及焊接顺序优化进行分析,为不锈钢地铁底架边梁焊接变形的控制提供参考。The edge beams of the stainless steel car body frame are usually formed by steel plate roll bending technology.In order to strengthen the structure of the edge beams themselves and consider the assembly structure with traction sleepers,the bottom frame edge beams are usually reinforced by a structure of reinforcing plates and sealing plates in the surrounding area of the sleepers.Stainless steel material has the physical characteristics of low thermal conductivity and high coefficient of linear expansion,which leads to significant deformation of the bottom frame edge beam when welding reinforcement and sealing plates using MAG welding method,affecting the subsequent process of bottom frame assembly.This article analyzes the structural welding simulation and welding sequence optimization of the bottom frame edge beam,providing a reference method for controlling the welding deformation of stainless steel subway bottom frame edge beams.
