摘  要:基于船用脱硫洗涤塔制造项目,比较氩弧焊和填丝等离子弧焊的焊接工艺,分别研究Hastelloy C276合金的焊接工艺性能,并通过无损检测、拉伸、弯曲、腐蚀及金相分析等理化试验方法,对两种焊接方法接头质量、力学性能及耐腐蚀效果进行分析研究,探究出两种焊接工艺性能的优缺点。结果表明:两种焊接方法各项性能均满足相关标准要求。与氩弧焊相比,填丝等离子弧焊在提高效率与焊接稳定性、减少热输入、降低焊接材料成本,以及减少焊接飞溅和气孔等方面具有优越性。Based on the marine desulphurization scrubber manufacturing project,the welding process and mechanical properties of argon arc welding and wire Plasma arc welding were compared,and the welding process performance of Hastelloy C276 alloy was studied,the joint quality,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the two welding methods were studied by physical and chemical test methods such as corrosion and metallographic analysis.The results show that the properties of the two welding methods meet the requirements of relevant standards.Compared with argon arc welding,wire plasma arc welding has advantages in improving efficiency,welding stability,reducing heat input,reducing welding material cost,and reducing welding spatter and porosity.
