摘　　要：孔城老街开发保护中存在传统功能严重衰退、建筑失修亟需维护、保护开发资金不足等问题,可从加强政策支持、注重观念引导,创新技术手段、拓宽保护开发形式,结合研学热点、关注品牌打造等方面进行优化。In the development and protection of Kongcheng Old Street,the existing problems include a severe decline in traditional functions,urgent maintenance needs for buildings in disrepair,and insufficient funds for its protection.This article argues that protection and utilization can be optimized by strengthening policy support,emphasizing conceptual guidance,innovating technical means,broadening protection and development forms,combining research hotspots,focusing on brand building,and so on.
