中国OFDI逆向技术溢出对经济增长质量的影响研究

摘　　要：对2003—2020年我国30个省与13个投资东道国的面板数据,基于五大发展理念建构经济增长质量指标体系对省际经济增长质量进行测算,再分别通过GMM方法和投资动机差异视角下以全要素生产率作为门槛变量的门槛面板回归模型,实证检验OFDI逆向技术溢出对经济增长质量的影响机理。结果表明:OFDI逆向技术溢出能够显著提升中国经济增长质量,对地区的创新水平有明显的正向效应;不同投资动机的OFDI逆向技术溢出将对经济增长质量产生差异性影响,而地区全要素生产率作为门槛变量调节这一影响过程,当地区全要素生产率处于较高水平时,三类投资动机的OFDI逆向技术溢出均能最为高效地推动经济增长质量优化。Based on the panel data of 30 provinces and 13 host countries from 2003 to 2020,this paper firstly calculated the economic growth quality of each province by the method of PCA according to the Five Major Principles of Development,then investigated the quality effect of economic growth of outward foreign investment by GMM,and lastly analyzed the impact from different investment motives on the threshold panel regression model,in which the TFP acts as the threshold variable.The empirical results show that,the reverse technology spillover of OFDI can significantly promote the economic growth quality,especially positively affects the level of innovation.The reverse technology spillover of OFDI with different investment motivations will have differential impacts on the quality of economic growth.When regional TFP,which regulates the process,is comparatively high,the effect from the three investment motives can most efficiently impress the optimization of the economic growth quality.
