摘 要:食品设备监理具有种类繁多、全链条性、规范性和高风险性等特点,只有对食品机械设备的监理模式不断进行优化,才能切实提高食品安全水平、保障消费者权益、促进食品产业发展。本文通过对某厂杀菌机监造等全加工链食品机械设备的监理实践,提出了加强规章制度建设、健全监督机制、强化监督手段、加强信息共享和强化行业自律等优化策略,为食品安全和食品产业可持续发展提供重要保障,最终实现不断完善和提升食品设备监理工作水平的效果。Food equipment supervision has the characteristics of wide variety,whole chain,standardization and high risk.Only by optimizing the supervision mode of food equipment can we effectively improve the level of food safety,protect the rights and interests of consumers,and promote the development of food industry.Through the supervision practice of sterilizer supervision in a factory,this paper puts forward optimization strategies such as strengthening the construction of rules and regulations,improving the supervision mechanism,strengthening the means of supervision,strengthening information sharing and strengthening industry self-discipline,so as to provide an important guarantee for the sustainable development of food safety and food industry,and finally achieve the effect of continuously improving and improving the level of food equipment supervision.
