摘　　要：在长输成品油行业,输油泵机组是核心设备,因此,保证输油泵机组生产制造过程的安全性和可靠性极为重要。本文通过输油泵机组监造实例,结合输油泵机组的产品特点,以监造计划、监造范围、监造目的和监造流程等主要内容为切入点,简述一组输油泵机组关键点监造实践过程,总结项目监造过程中发现的问题,并着重列举了其中的3个问题进行分析,对同类产品监造质量提升具有一定的实际借鉴意义。In the long-distance product oil industry,the oil pump units are the core equipment,therefore,ensuring the safety and reliability of the production and manufacturing process of the oil pump units are extremely important.This article takes the supervision of oil pump units as an example,combined with the product characteristics of oil pump units,and takes the main content of supervision plan,supervision scope,supervision purpose,and supervision process as the entry point.It briefly describes the key-points supervision practice process of a set of oil pump units,summarizes the problems found in the project supervision process,and focuses on analyzing three problems of them,which has practical reference significance for improving the quality of supervision of similar products.
