摘　　要：本文简要介绍气体绝缘全封闭组合电器(GIS)的特点,通过现场监理遇到的典型案例,结合技术规范、技术监督要点分析产品产生异常问题的原因,提出相应的解决方案和建议,最后从“人、机、料、法、环”等方面总结制造过程中影响质量的形成因素。通过分析可知,对影响质量因素的控制是提高GIS设备产品质量的有效保证。The paper briefly introduces the characteristics of gas insulated switchgear(GIS)and then analyzes the reasons for product abnormalities encountered during on-site supervision,using typical cases,technical specifications,and key points of technical supervision.It provides corresponding solutions and suggestions.Finally,it summarizes the factors affecting quality in terms of people,equipment,materials,methods,and environment.Controlling these factors is an effective guarantee for improving the quality of GIS equipment products.
