摘 要:为确保高宽比接近为1∶1,且钢筋密集钻孔难度大,结构复杂的9层厂房能顺利定向拆除爆破,根据现场施工环境和厂房结构特点,结合定向拆除爆破原理,方案中将厂房的爆破高度(炸高)进行有效增高,对钢筋密集的立柱改变钻孔作业面,精密布孔,通过试爆确定合理装药量,采用孔内孔外毫秒延时起爆技术降低厂房塌落振动,实现定向倒塌和结构完全肢解。采用覆盖防护安全防护措施,降低爆破飞石危害。结果表明,起爆后,厂房按照设计无偏差定向倒塌,结构肢解,爆堆整齐不零散,未造成较大的触地飞溅和塌落振动。爆破效果良好,为同类工程爆破参数的选取具有一定的参考意义。In order to ensure that the ratio of height to width is close to 1∶1,and it is difficult to drill dense steel bars,and the 9-storey workshop with complex structure can be successfully demolished by directional blasting,based on the site construction environment and the structural characteristics of the workshop,combined with the directional blasting demolition principle,in the scheme,the blasting height(blasting height)of the workshop is effectively increased,the working surface of the drilling hole is changed for the column with dense steel bars,the holes are precisely arranged,and the reasonable charge quantity is determined by the test blasting,the millisecond delay initiation technology inside and outside the hole is used to reduce the collapse vibration of the workshop,and realize the directional collapse and complete dismemberment of the structure.The covering protection and safety protection measures are adopted to reduce the blasting flying rock hazard.The results show that the structure is dismembered,the pile is not scattered,and the splash and collapse vibration are not caused.The blasting effect is good,which has certain reference significance for the selection of blasting parameters of similar engineering.
