摘 要:现场混装技术是集原料运输、现场混制、炮孔装药等多工序于一体,并融炸药技术、爆破技术、装备技术等多门类于一身的新技术,具有本质安全、优质高效、绿色环保等优点,代表着国际上工业炸药技术与工程爆破技术的未来发展方向。首先总体回顾了国内外现场混装技术的发展沿革,进而指出我国现场混装技术发展现状,剖析了制约我国现场混装技术应用推广的原因,最后展望了我国现场混装技术的发展趋势,并提出促进我国现场混装技术发展的6条建议,对培育新质生产力有较强指导意义。The site mixing-charging technology is a new technology which integrates multiple processes such as raw materials transportation,on-site mixing,borehole charging,and integrates multiple technologies such as explosive technology,blasting technology,equipment technology.With the advantages of intrinsic safety,high quality,high efficiency and environment-friendly,it represents the future development direction of civil explosive technology and engineering blasting technology in the world.The development of site mixing-charging technology at home and abroad is generally reviewed,then the present situation of site mixing-charging technology in China is pointed,further the reasons that restrict the application and promotion ofsite mixing-charging technology is analyzed,at last,the future development direction of site mixing-charging technology is looked forword,and sixsuggestionsto promote the development of site mixing-charging technology is put forward,which has a strong guiding significance to cultivate new-quality productivity in China.
