摘 要:为解决传统工艺中给现场混装车加注乳化基质效率低、现场人员多等问题,研究开发了自动加料系统。采用二维码视频识别和图像处理技术进行混装车的准确定位,并对基质储罐下料口和混装车加料口的对准情况进行自动提示;自动加料控制模块实现了自动、定量加料和现场/远程操作与控制,并且能够防止飞溅和溢出,乳化基质的加注量等信息,由系统自动记录和管理,达到了混装车乳化基质加料过程的智能化和少人化目标。该系统在炸药厂运行了近3年时间,共加注现场混装乳化基质近12 000 t,通过加料数据的实时反馈,还实现了生产任务制定、车辆调度等的精细化管理。应用结果表明,开发的自动加料系统不仅实现了乳化基质加料过程的智能化,还对提升我国现场混装乳化炸药全工序智能化水平有促进作用。In order to solve the problems of low efficiency in adding emulsified matrix to on-site mixed loading vehicles and high number of on-site personnel in traditional processes,an automatic feeding system has been developed.Using QR code video recognition and image processing technology to accurately locate the mixed loading vehicle,and automatically prompt the alignment of the substrate storage tank discharge port and the mixed loading vehicle feeding port;The automatic feeding control module realizes automatic,quantitative feeding and on-site/remote operation and control,and can prevent splashing and overflow.The information on the amount of emulsified matrix added is automatically recorded and managed by the system,achieving the goal of intelligence and fewer people in the emulsified matrix feeding process of mixed loading vehicles.The system has been in operation at a explosive factory for nearly 3 years,adding nearly 12000 tons of on-site mixed emulsified matrix.Through real-time feedback of feeding data,it has also achieved refined management of production task formulation,vehicle scheduling,etc.The application results show that the developed automatic feeding system not only realizes the intelligence of the emulsion matrix feeding process,but also promotes the level of intelligence in the entire process of on-site mixed loading of emulsion explosives in China.
