摘 要:为满足社会日渐增加的电力应用需求,我国电力网络一直处于不断建设和改造的状态,电力营销计量也在随之进行改造和优化。电力网络整体建设管理已经逐渐从初框式逐渐向精细化管理模式进行转变,而电力计量系统也在不断向智能化、自动化方向发展。但就电力营销计量改造实际情况来看,在实施计量改造过程中,现场用线混乱以及窃电漏电等方面的问题,对改造工作开展形成了严重阻碍,需要改进。通过对电力营销计量改造相关问题的分析,在明确问题产生原因的基础上,展开对应应对策略的探讨,旨在做好电力营销计量改造工作,保证电力营销计量工作开展质量。In order to meet the increasing demand for power applications in society,the power network has been continuously constructed and transformed in China,and power marketing measurement is also being transformed and optimized.The overall construction and management of the power network have gradually shifted from a extensive management mode to a refined one,and the power metering system is also constantly developing towards intelligence and automation.However,in terms of the actual situation of the transformation of electric power marketing measurement,during the implementation of measurement transformation,problems such as chaotic on-site wiring,stealing electricity and electric leakage have seriously hindered the progress of transformation and need to be improved.The article analyzes the issues related to the transformation of electricity marketing measurement,clarifies the causes of the problems,and explores corresponding strategies,aiming to do a good job in the transformation of electricity marketing measurement and ensure the quality of developing electricity marketing measurement.
