摘 要:高速永磁电机具有较高转速,在运行过程中可能会产生较大损耗,为对这一问题加以控制,需要探寻有效的转速跟踪控制系统。基于此,对以往高速永磁电机的转速跟踪控制系统研究成果展开分析,基于高速永磁电机具有较高基波频率以及电感值的特征,基于以往应用的Si基IGBT开关的不足,对比了SiC MOSEFT开关。在仿真实验结果证明:SiC器件下的开关具有更加良好的性能,速度提升并降低了损耗;通过应用于高速永磁电机的矢量控制模型,发现基于SiC器件的逆变器具有更加良好的转速跟踪性能。A high-speed permanent magnet motor has a high speed,which may produce a large loss during operation,and in order to control this problem,it is necessary to explore an effective rotational speed tracking control system.Based on this,the previous research results of the rotational speed tracking control system of high-speed permanent magnet motors are analyzed.Based on the characteristics of the high fundamental frequency and inductance of high-speed permanent magnet motors and the shortcomings of Si-based IGBT switches used in the past,SiC MOSEFT switches are compared,and simulation results show that the switches under SiC devices have better performance,increasing speed and reducing loss.It is found that the inverters based on SiC devices have better rotational speed tracking performance through the vector control model applied to high-speed permanent magnet motors.
