摘  要:蓄电池组作为能量存储和供应的关键组件,其运行状态的稳定性和效率直接关系到整个系统的性能和寿命。在实际应用中,蓄电池组的运行管理面临着一系列的挑战,因此,为克服这些挑战,实现蓄电池组的高效、安全运行,现提出基于载波通信的蓄电池组运行状态监测系统设计。首先,对基于载波通信的蓄电池组运行状态监测系统的硬件进行设计,将传感器采集的数据通过载波通信网络传输到上层管理软件。其次,对基于载波通信的蓄电池组运行状态监测系统的软件进行设计,通过设置蓄电池组状态监测模块、设置蓄电池组测试管理模块两部分。测试结果表明:系统能够实时监测蓄电池组的运行状态,可以自动采集蓄电池组的数据,并通过载波通信技术将数据传输到主控设备进行存储和分析。A storage battery pack is a key component of energy storage and supply,and the stability and efficiency of its running status are directly related to the performance and lifespan of the entire system.In practical applications,the running management of storage battery packs faces a series of challenges,so in order to overcome these challenges to achieve the efficient and safe running of storage battery packs,this paper proposes to design a running status monitoring system of storage battery packs based on carrier communication.Firstly,it designs the hardware of the system,and transmits the data collected by sensors to upper management software through the carrier communication network.Secondly,it designs the software of the system and sets up two parts:the status monitoring module of storage battery packs and the testing management module of storage battery packs.Test results show that the system can monitor the running status of storage battery packs in real time,automatically collect data from storage battery packs,and transmit the data to main control equipment for storage and analysis through carrier communication technology.
