摘　　要：基于武昌月亮湾城市阳台项目的设计特点和施工情况,针对其设计、施工和运维等项目建设阶段中遇到的整体造型复杂、个体尺寸形状各异、施工质量要求高、进度紧等重难点问题,通过分析BIM技术在项目异型景观台阶参数化重构、幕墙参数化设计、功能分析验证、协同化管理、三维图审、弧形管综深化、结构复杂节点等方面的应用,发现BIM技术在复杂项目中能够起到解决重难点问题、降低施工成本、加快施工进度等重要作用。Based on the design characteristics and construction situation of the Moon Bay City Balcony project in Wuchang,in view of the major and difficult problems encountered in the construction stage of the design,construction,operation and maintenance of the project,such as the complex integral shape,different individual sizes and shapes,high construction quality requirements and the tight schedule,this paper analyzes the application of BIM technology in the parametric reconstruction of special-shaped landscape steps,the parametric design of curtain walls,functional analysis and verification,collaborative management,three-dimensional draw checking,the comprehensive deepening of arc pipes,the complex nodes of the structure and other aspects in the project,and finds that BIM technology can play an important role in solving important and difficult problems,reducing construction costs and speeding up construction progress in complex projects.
