摘 要:随着我国城市化建设的逐步完善,降低城市火灾发生率,减少伤亡和损失一直是城市消防建设的重大目标之一。现有的火灾预警系统或智慧消防系统能在火灾发生时及时报警,但现有火灾预警系统依靠物联网设备实现,缺少火灾预测的应用或预测效果不佳,且城市火灾预防采用的消防单位安全风险评估方法适用性不强且评估成本高。同时,还提出了利用大数据、人工智能技术构建一个功能更完备、预测效果更佳、性能更好的消防大数据平台,致力于降低城市火灾发生率,减少火灾伤亡和损失。With the gradual improvement of urbanization construction in China,reducing the incidence of urban fires casualties and losses has always been one of the major goals of urban fire protection construction.The existing fire alarm system or intelligent fire protection system can give timely alarm in the event of a fire,but the existing fire alarm system relies on devices from the Internet of Things with the lack of the application of fire prediction or poor prediction results,and the safety risk assessment methods of fire protection units used for urban fire prevention are not applicable and have high evaluation costs.This article proposes to use big data and artificial intelligence technologies to build a big data platform of fire protection with more complete functions,better prediction results and better performance,which is committed to reducing the incidence of urban fires,fire casualties and losses.
