摘  要:为解决风电齿轮箱润滑油在线监测难题,提出了用润滑油冲击翅片的方法测定润滑油粘度。与传统的粘度测量方法不同,应用计算流固耦合方法分析了不同粘度润滑油对待测翅片的冲击影响,研究了多种不同形状翅片对粘度流体冲击的变形敏感性,并在等温条件下通过CFD仿真得出不同流体粘度与翅片变形量之间关系,依据得到的变形量,对比粘度-变形量理想曲线,得到粘度的数值,利用得到的数值与标准质量指标进行对比,判断油液品质是否合格。该仿真研究可支撑风电润滑油粘度在线监测难题的解决,促进可持续发展。In order to solve the problem of on-line monitoring of lubricating oil in wind power gearbox,a method of lubricating oil impact fin was proposed to determine the viscosity of lubricating oil.Different from the traditional viscosity measurement method,the impact effect of different viscosity lubricating oils on the fins to be tested was analyzed by using the computational fluid-structure interaction method,and the deformation sensitivity of a variety of different shapes of fins to the impact of viscous fluids was studied,and the relationship between the viscosity of different fluids and the deformation of the fins was obtained by CFD simulation under isothermal conditions.This simulation study can support the solution of the problem of online monitoring of the viscosity of wind power lubricants and promote sustainable development.
