摘　　要：长久以来,石化企业电机运行状态受工艺流程或环境因素等方面影响,电机运行过程中电流时常波动,甚至导致设备保护跳闸,所以工艺操作人员需定时监视设备的运行状况。信号远传监控的目的就是将异地分散的设备数据通过相应的传输设备采用总线远传至中控上位机,实现在线数据监控、应急处理、调节参数。通过将设备的电流信号远传,使操作人员能够远程对正在运行和经过检修后的机泵工况进行实时监控,对于发现的问题能在第一时间进行处理。通过此项工作的开展,提升设备管理水平及员工工作效率,实现平台设备的优化管理,保证生产的安全稳定运行。本文针对实现工业稳定信号传输进行了详细探讨研究。For a long time,the operation status of motors in petrochemical enterprises has been affected by fac tors such as process flow or environmental factors.During the operation of motors,the current often fluctuates,and even leads to equipment protection tripping.Therefore,process operators need to regularly monitor the operation status of equipment.The purpose of signal remote monitoring is to transmit data from dispersed devices in different locations to the central control upper computer through corresponding transmission devices via a bus,achieving on line data monitoring,emergency processing,and parameter adjustment.By transmitting the current signal of the e quipment remotely,operators can remotely monitor the operating and overhauled pump conditions in real-time,and promptly address any issues discovered.Through the implementation of this work,the level of equipment manage ment and employee work efficiency can be improved,and the optimization management of platform equipment can be achieved to ensure the safe and stable operation of production.This article provides a detailed exploration and research on achieving stable industrial signal transmission.
