摘  要:本文主要探究了超声波测风系统的软硬件设计内容,并通过风洞标定试验对本系统的应用效果进行了验证。该系统的主控单元采用低功耗、高性能的MSP430F5528单片机,使用TDC1000收发一体超声波换能器,获取顺风和逆风下超声波信号的飞行时间,并通过时差法求得风速。试验结果表明,本系统的风速测量结果与风洞实际风速十分接近,误差在0.04 m/s~0.08 m/s,超声波测风精度较高,达到了设计预期。This paper mainly explores the hardware and software design content of ultrasonic wind measurement system,and verifies the application effect of this system through wind tunnel calibration test.The main control unit of the system uses MSP430F5528 microcontroller with low power consumption and high performance,and uses TDC1000 integrated ultrasonic transducer to obtain the flight time of ultrasonic signals under downwind and upwind,and the wind speed is obtained by the method of time difference.The test results show that the wind speed measurement results of the system are very close to the actual wind speed in the wind tunnel,with an error of 0.04 m/s ~0.08 m/s,and the ultrasonic wind measurement accuracy is high,reaching the design expectation.
