摘  要:管材激光弯曲加工与传统弯管加工方法相比具有明显优势,其弯曲精度高,应用范围广泛,是具有很大发展潜力的新型塑性成形工艺。复杂的三维管材弯曲件可以看成为沿其轴线上各点连续单向弯曲的组合。本文采用分段处理的方法,对规格为φ10 mm×1 mm(外径×厚度)304L不锈钢管的螺纹状弯曲进行了实验研究,探讨了管材螺纹状弯曲的加工工艺过程。Laser bending of pipes has significant advantages over traditional pipe bending methods.It offers high bending precision and has a wide range of applications,making it a promising new plastic forming process.Complex 3D pipe bending can be seen as a combination of continuous one-directional bending along its axis at different points.In this study,a segmented approach was used to experimentally investigate the process of thread-like bending of aφ10 mm×2 mm(outer diameter×thickness)304L stainless steel pipe.The research explores the manufacturing process of thread-like bending for pipes.
