摘  要:传统通用航空器定位导航和通信系统通常采用GPS定位导航系统和电台等手段。但电台有着费用高,偏远地区覆盖情况不佳等问题。近年来,随着我国拥有完全自主知识产权的北斗卫星导航系统的成功组网,各种相关产业的合作也逐渐活跃。使用北斗无源定位功能获取位置信息,使用北斗短报文功能实现通信功能,从而使通用航空器的定位、导航、监控、调度、通信等功能不受区域限制变成可能。由于北斗短报文限制,导致上报时间间隔过长,单次发送位置信息数据量过少等问题。本文开发一种基于北斗短报文功能的数据压缩算法,通过压缩数据量、增加补偿点的方法解决以上问题。The traditional general aircraft positioning navigation and communication system usually uses GPS positioning navigation system,radio and other means.But the station has problems such as high cost and poor coverage in remote areas.In recent years,with the successful networking of Beidou navigation satellite system with fully independent intellectual property rights,the cooperation of various related industries has gradually become active.The Beidou passive positioning function is used to obtain location information,and the Regional Short Message Communication function is used to achieve communication function,so that the positioning,navigation,monitoring,scheduling,communication and other functions of the general aircraft are not restricted by the region.Due to the limitation of short BDS packets,the reporting interval is too long and the amount of location information data sent once is too small.The article develops a data compression algorithm based on Regional Short Message Communication function,which can compress data and increase compensation points to solve these problems.
