摘 要:为了减小水泥稳定砂砾半刚性基层的拱胀变形,以依托某高速公路项目,研究了水泥稳定砂砾的膨胀特性及其影响因素。结果表明:骨架密实级配粗集料相互嵌挤作用可有效降低水泥稳定砂砾的总变形量和膨胀系数;两种集料制备的水泥稳定材料膨胀系数差异不大,水泥稳定石灰岩膨胀变形量略小;水泥稳定砂砾总变形量和膨胀系数随水泥剂量的增大持续增加,说明水泥剂量增大对水泥稳定砂砾抗拱胀性能不利。In order to reduce the arch expansion deformation of cement stabilized gravel semi-rigid base,the expansion characteristics and influencing factors of cement stabilized gravel were studied based on a highway project.The results show that the interlocking effect of skeleton dense gradation coarse aggregate can effectively reduce the total deformation and expansion coefficient of cement stabilized gravel.The expansion coefficient of cement stabilized materials prepared by two kinds of aggregates is not much different,and the expansion deformation of cement stabilized limestone is slightly smaller.The total deformation and expansion coefficient of cement stabilized gravel continue to increase with the increase of cement dosage,indicating that the increase of cement dosage is unfavorable to the anti-arching expansion performance of cement stabilized gravel.
