玉屏风颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠对慢性咳嗽患儿免疫功能及血清MCP-4、MDC的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究玉屏风颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠治疗慢性咳嗽患儿的疗效及其对患儿免疫功能、巨噬细胞趋化蛋白-4(MCP-4)、巨噬细胞衍生趋化因子(MDC)的影响。方法 选取102例慢性咳嗽患儿为研究对象,依据随机信封法将其分为对照组(51例)、观察组(51例)。对照组给予孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组给予孟鲁司特钠^(+)玉屏风颗粒治疗。比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后呼气峰流速(PEF)、肺活量(FVC)、最大通气量(MVV)、第1 s用力呼气容积(FEV1)、分化簇3(CD3^(+))、分化簇8(CD8^(+))、分化簇4(CD4^(+))、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、MCP-4、白细胞介素4(IL-4)、MDC及嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)水平。结果 观察组临床总有效率为98.04%(50/51),高于对照组的84.31%(43/51),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组FVC、FEV1、MVV、PEF水平较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)水平分别为(1.67±0.30)、(43.84±4.78)%、(64.87±5.49)%,高于对照组的(1.21±0.23)、(39.05±5.11)%、(58.20±5.13)%,CD8^(+)水平为(25.95±3.07)%,低于对照组的(28.76±2.67)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组IL-4、IgE、MCP-4、ECP及MDC水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 玉屏风颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿慢性咳嗽疗效确切,能抑制炎性相关因子表达,提高免疫功能,改善肺功能。Objective[HJ1.6mm]To explore the efficacy of Yupingfeng granules combined with Montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with chronic cough,and the effect on the immune function,macrophages chemotaxis protein-4(MCP-4),macrophage derived chemokine(MDC).Methods A total of 102 children with chronic cough were collected and the patients were divided into control group(n=51)and observation group(n=51)according to random envelope method.The control group was treated with Montelukast sodium,and the observation group was treated with Montelukast sodium combined with Yupingfeng granules.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function indicators peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced vital capacity(FVC),maximum voluntary ventilation(MVV),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),immune function indicators differentiation cluster 3(CD3^(+)),differentiation cluster 8(CD8^(+)),differentiation cluster 4(CD4^(+)),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),serum inflammatory factors immunoglobulin E(IgE),MCP-4,interleukin-4(IL-4),MDC and eosinophil cationic protein(ECP)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 98.04%(50/51),which was higher than that of the control group 84.31%(43/51),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FVC,FEV1,MVV and PEF in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),CD4^(+)and CD3^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-4,IgE,MCP-4,ECP and MDC in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yupingfeng granules combined with Montelukast sodium is effective in the treatment of children with chronic cough,which can inhibit the expression of inflammatory f
