摘　　要：船排是一种适用于船舶维修时坐墩开展水下工程作业和建造下水前作业的设施。工厂现有1500 t船排可用于中小型船舶上排维修,随着质量及安全意识的不断提升,对坐墩要求也日益提高。针对近年来某型船坐墩需求,本文通过对船排横移区进行改造设计,确定改造方案,改造完成后可完全满足对坐墩的质量及安全要求,且提高了船排的使用率,同时也对类似船排设施改造具有指导意义和借鉴作用。The patent slip is a facility suitable for carrying out underwater engineering on docking during ship maintenance and construction and pre-launch operations.Our factory’s existing 1500 t patent slip can be used for the maintenance of small and medium-size ships.With the continuous improvement of the quality and safety awareness,the requirements for docking are also increasing,especially for certain types of ships that have been commissioned in large quantities in recent years.This paper determines the modification plan by meeting the modification requirements for the transverse area.After the modification is completed,it can fully meet the navy’s quality and safety requirements for docking,and improve the utilization rate of the patent slip at the same time,it can also be of guiding significance and reference to similar patent slip facilities.
