摘  要:襟翼舵是船舵中的一种,是保障船舶操纵性的关键系统设备,其结构尺寸较大,对中精度要求高,因安装位置等原因,吊装难度大。本文设计制作了一种襟翼舵的吊装工装,研究了襟翼舵的吊装安装方法,通过设置吊梁的方式解决吊装位置受限的问题,蜗轮蜗杆箱实现襟翼舵位置及姿态的调整,安全便捷地实现了襟翼舵的吊装安装,降低了劳动强度,提高了工作效率。The flap rudder is one type of the marine rudders,which is the key system equipment to ensure the ship operation.The flap rudder used in a hovercraft has large structure size,high alignment accuracy,and its installation position is limited.It is difficult to lift and install the rudder accurately.This paper designs and manufactures a kind of lifting tooling for the flap rudder,studies the lifting and installation method of the flap rudder.The lifting beam is set to avoid the limitation of lifting position.The worm gear box can adjust position of flap rudder.The lifting and installation of flap rudder can be carried out safely and conveniently.These processes reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency.
