摘　　要：本文从船舶修造企业应急预案的编制到过程应用角度出发,对应急预案编制的重点、难点问题进行了分析,研究了船舶修造企业应急预案编制中重点关注的问题,从组建合理的应急组织机构、生产安全事故应急响应流程、响应分级、应急预案衔接等方面对船舶修造企业编制预案进行了着重研究,从而为船舶修造企业编制(修订)应急预案提供参考。From the perspective of the preparation of emergency plan for shipbuilding enterprises and the application of the process,this paper briefly analyzes the issues that should be paid attention to during the preparation of emergency plan to the process application in shipbuilding enterprises,and discusses the process and method of emergency plan preparation and application for shipbuilding enterprises from the aspects of setting up the reasonable emergency organization to emergency response process for production safety accidents,response rating and emergency plan link-up,so as to provide reference for the shiprepair and shipbuilding enterprises to prepare(revise)emergency plans.
