高校优秀运动员培养的演化博弈分析

摘　　要：高校作为运动员培养的重要基地之一,对优秀运动员的培养与发掘有着重要作用。本研究根据双方的行为逻辑构建演化博弈模型,模拟不同时间序列下的情景,真实动态地分析探究高校运动员与高校教育体系投入(认真)行为的关联影响程度,深入研究寻找双方行为概率的关键性因素。研究表明:高校优秀运动员培养与高校方投入成本、运动员训练投入程度、社会声誉支持等参数有直接关系。结合Matlab仿真分析,高校竞技体育产业化道路、竞赛体制改革等方式有助于优化高校优秀运动员培养机制。As an important base of athlete training,colleges and universities play an important role in the training and discovery of excellent athletes.The training and management of athletes involves the complex interaction between colleges and universities and athletes.This research constructs an evolutionary game model according to the behavior logic of both sides,The research method is based on the evolutionary game model,Athletes'different behavioral decision-making benefits are used to build an evolutionary game model,and analyze their relatedstrategic choices.The research finds that there is a direct relationship between the cultivation of elite athletes in colleges and universities and the input cost,the degree of investment in athlete training,social reputation support and other parameters.Combined with Matlab simulation analysis,the cultivation mechanism of elite athletes in colleges and universities is optimized through the industrialization of competitive sports in colleges,the reform of competition system and other ways.
