摘 要:针对声波透射法对桩基完整性的识别,通过理论分析与现场测试,研究了3种测试曲线在缺陷识别中的综合应用,结果表明:声透法可以有效识别桩基缺陷,应用前景广阔;对3种测试曲线的规律进行了分析,得到了通过曲线变化识别缺陷的方法,并通过现场测试验证了可靠性;声透法受桩长桩径限制小,检测过程中要结合施工记录对3种曲线进行综合分析,最后识别缺陷类型及范围;声测管在施工过程中可能发生倾斜,导致存在缺陷时声速和振幅仍在临界值内,此时要根据PSD异常判断缺陷存在。Aiming at the identification of pile foundation integrity by crosshole sonic logging,the comprehensive application of three testing curves in defect identification was studied through theoretical analysis and field testing.The results show that:The crosshole sonic logging can effectively identify pile foundation defects and has broad application prospects;An analysis was conducted on the three types of testing curves,and a method for identifying defects through curve changes was obtained.Field testing has proven that the method is reliable;The crosshole sonic logging is less limited by the length and diameter of the pile.During the testing,a comprehensive analysis of the three types of curves should be conducted in conjunction with construction records to identify the types and scope of defects;During the construction process,the sonic logging may tilt,which causing the wave velocity and amplitude to remain within the critical values when there are defects.In this case,it is necessary to identify defects based on PSD anomalies.
