摘 要:针对目前预应力CFRP板加固RC梁预应力损失大、预应力损失不易控制及预应力张拉工艺复杂等问题,利用自己设计的两套锚固装置对6根RC梁进行预应力CFRP板加固后的预应力损失研究。研究锚具类别、开槽与否和施加预应力大小对加固构件预应力损失的影响。试验结果得知:锚具MJ1比锚具MJ2总预应力损失小;随着张拉预应力的增大总预应力损失增大;与不开槽的锚具相比,开槽嵌入式锚具的总预应力总损失减小;预应力损失分为3种:锚具张拉变形引起的预应力损失、CFRP板与锚具滑移引起的预应力损失、CFRP板应力松弛引起的预应力损失;采用一次超张拉方法可以有效控制预应力损失,锚具MJ1锚固过程中对CFRP板的二次超张拉显著减小了预应力损失。In view of the problems of large prestress loss,difficult control of prestress loss and complex prestress stretching process of RC beams strengthened with prestressed CFRP plates,the prestressing loss of 6 RC beams strengthened with prestressed CFRP plates was studied by using two sets of self-designed anchors.The effects of Anchorage type,slotting and prestressing on prestressing loss of reinforced members are studied.The test results show:the total prestress loss of Anchorage MJ1 is less than that of Anchorage MJ2;the total prestress loss increases with the increase of tensile prestress;the total prestress loss of Anchorage MJ1 is less than that of Anchorage MJ2;the total loss of prestressing force is reduced by slotting embedded anchors.The prestress loss can be divided into three types:prestress loss caused by anchor tension deformation,prestress loss caused by sliding between CFRP plates and anchors,and prestress loss caused by stress relaxation of CFRP plates.The use of a single overtensioning method can effectively control the loss of prestress,and the secondary overtensioning of CFRP plates during the anchoring process of anchor MJ1 significantly reduces the loss of prestress.
