摘 要:目的:研究干旱胁迫对4种毛茛科植物光合生理指标的影响,为其引种驯化提供重要依据。方法:以4种毛茛科植物为试验材料,试验分为对照(CK)、轻度干旱(D1)、中度干旱(D2)和重度干旱(D3)4个梯度处理,通过干旱胁迫对4种毛茛科植物光合特性的影响判断植物干旱耐受性。结果:随着干旱胁迫加剧,毛茛、猫爪草、天葵叶片叶绿素a(Chla)含量、叶绿素b(Chlb)含量、类胡萝卜素(Car)含量呈下降趋势,华东唐松草各叶绿素含量则先升后降;干旱处理下,4种毛茛科植物叶片净光合速率(P_n)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)与胁迫程度呈负相关,胞间CO_(2)浓度(Ci)与胁迫程度呈正相关;除初始荧光(F_o)外,4种毛茛科植物叶片最大荧光(Fm)、可变荧光(Fv)、PSⅡ最大光学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ潜在活性(Fv/F_o)均较对照出现显著下降。结论:4种毛茛科植物抗旱性由强到弱依次为天葵、华东唐松草、毛茛、猫爪草。Objective:To study the effects of drought stress on the photosynthesis physiological characteristics of four Ranunculaceae species,which would provide an important basis for the domestication of Ranunculaceae.Methods:Ranunculaceae were used as experimental materials and the experiment was divided into four gradient treatments:control(CK),light drought(D1),moderate drought(D2)and severe drought(D3).The stress resistance of four Ranunculaceae species was judged by the effects of drought stress on physiological photosynthesis characteristics.Results:The contents of chlorophyll a(Chla),chlorophyll b(Chlb)and carotenoid(Car)in the leaves of Ranunculus japonicus,Ranunculus ternatus and Semiaquilegia adoxoides decreased with the increase of drought stress,while the contents of chlorophyll in Thalictrum fortunei increased first and then decreased.Under drought stress,the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs)and transpiration rate(Tr)of the leaves of the four Ranunculaceae species were negatively correlated with the degree of stress,and the intercellular carbon dioxide concentration(Ci)was positively correlated with the degree of stress.Except for the initial fluorescence(Fo),the maximum fluorescence(Fm),variable fluorescence(Fv),maximum optical efficiency of PSⅡ(Fv/Fm)and potential activity of PSⅡ(Fv/Fo)in the leaves of four Ranunculaceae species were significantly lower than those of the control.Conclusion:The four Ranunculaceae plants,in descending order of drought resistance,were S.adoxoides,T.fortunei,R.japonicus,R.ternatus.
