摘　　要：通过查阅古今本草专著、方书及其它文献,对石榴名称、药用品种、药用部位、性能、功效应用、炮制等进行考证。结果表明,石榴名称除正名外,异名众多,命名方式各异;石榴药用品种有酸、甘之分,区别较大,存在同名异物现象,药用部位除果皮外,尚有根(皮)及果实、花等。石榴皮药性除酸、涩、温,归大肠经外,尚有寒(凉),归肾经,有毒性等。石榴果皮功效主治除《中华人民共和国药典》收载内容之外,尚有止精漏,外用治痈肿疮毒,体癣,水火烫伤,发白等,驱虫则以根皮为主。炮制时须忌铁器,除炒炭增强收涩之性外,尚有煅炭、醋制、炒焦、炒黄等,须深入研究。Based on a review of ancient and modern herbal monographs,local books and other literature,this article conducted research on the name,source,medicinal parts,properties,efficacy,application and processing of Pomegranate.The results indicated that the names of Pomegranate were not only legitimate,but also had numerous synonyms and different naming methods.Pomegranate medicinal varieties could be divided into sour and sweet,with significant differences.Homonymous foreign object phenomenon was existence.The medicinal parts of pomegranate included peel,root(root bark),fruits,flowers and so on.In addition to sourness,astringency and warmth,the medicinal properties of Pomegranate peel belong to the large intestine meridian,as well as cold(cool)nature,kidney meridian and toxicity.The main therapeutic effects of Pomegranate peel contained not only the content included in Chinese Pharmacopoeia,but also the prevention of seminal leakage,external use for treating carbuncle,swelling,sores,tinea corporis,water and fire burns,hair coloring,etc.And the root bark was mainly used for insect repellent.Iron tools must be avoided during processing.Except that enhancing the astringency of roasted charcoal,there were also methods such as calcination,vinegar production,stir-bake to brown and stir-bake to yellow,which should be studied deeply.
