铸管内壁水泥涂层打磨机改造及效果

摘　　要：针对铸管内壁水泥涂层打磨机在使用过程中存在的问题,对DN100-300mm×6m铸管水泥内壁打磨机的磨杆、升降吊架、磨削效率进行技术改造。改造后,磨杆运转振动量小于0.1mm,平均使用寿命达到270天,噪音明显减小;升降吊架故障减少了97%;磨削效率提高了一倍,同时铸管水泥内壁打质量明显改善;对国内同类铸管水泥内壁打机改造具有借鉴作用。Aiming at the problems existing in the use of cement coating sander on the inner wall of east pipe.The technical transformation of the grinding rod,lifting hanger and grinding efficiency of DN100-300 mm×6 m east pipe cement inner wall grinder is carried out.After transformation,the vibration of the grinding rod is less than 0.1 mm,the average service life is 280 days,the noise is reduced obviously,the failure of lifting hanger is reduced by 97%,and the grinding efficiency is doubled,at the same time,the quality of cement inner wall of east pipe is obviously improved,which can be used for reference for the modification of similar cement inner wall of east pipe in China.
