摘　　要：以一种大型单体气缸盖铸造过程中热芯盒砂芯变形问题为例,总结了热芯盒砂芯在大型单体气缸盖生产中的应用。分析热芯盒砂芯变形原因,解决了一类热芯盒砂芯浇注过程中变形导致铸件报废的问题。为有效解决热芯盒砂芯浇注过程中变形问题,除了严格控制热芯盒制芯工艺参数外,还要控制热芯盒砂芯固化层厚度一致性保证砂芯强度,采取芯撑固定工艺,为砂芯提供支撑力抵抗铁水浮力。Taking the deformation of the hot box sand eore in the casting process of a large single cylinder head as an example,the application of the hot box sand eore in the production of large single cylinder head is summarized.The deformation causes of hot eore box sand eore are analyzed,and the problem of easting scrap caused by deformation in the process of hot eore box sand eore is solved.In order to effectively solve the deformation problem of hot eore box sand eore during the easting process,in addition to strictly controlling the process parameters of hot eore box eore making,it is also necessary to control the thickness consistency of the solidified layer of hot eore box sand core to ensure the strength of the sand core,and adopt the core stay fixing process to provide support for the sand eore to resist the buoyancy of hot metal.
