摘 要:通过数值模拟研究了半固态A356-0.4%Gd合金熔体中磁感应强度和电磁力的分布,并分析了电流强度和电流频率对其的影响。模拟结果表明:磁感应强度及电磁力由熔体中心沿半径方向逐渐增大,呈“中间小,边缘大”分布,且增大电流强度及频率能明显增大合金熔体边缘区域的磁感应强度及电磁力,合金熔体整体得到充分搅拌的关键在于其边缘区域的电磁力。基于数值模拟结果,结合试验,进一步探明电流强度及频率对合金铸坯中心与边缘区域处初生α相的影响。试验结果表明:在电磁场作用下,铸坯边缘位置的初生相形貌与尺寸皆优于中心位置;当合金熔体于650℃浇注,在搅拌电流5 A、频率30 Hz下搅拌15 s,590℃下保温10 min后,其合金初生相在整体上较为均匀,且形貌最佳。The distribution of magnetic induction intensity and electromagnetic force in the semi-solid A356-0.4%Gd alloy melt was studied by numerical simulation,and the influence of the current intensity and current frequency on the magnetic induction intensity and electromagnetic force were analyzed.The simulation results show that the magnetic induction intensity and electromagnetic force increase along the radius from the center of the alloy melt,showing the distribution characteristics of"small core and large edge",and increasing the current intensity and current frequency can significantly increase the magnetic induction intensity and electromagnetic force in the edge area of the alloy melt.The key to full stirring of the alloy melt lies in the electromagnetic force of its edge area.Based on the results of numerical simulations and experiments,the effects of current intensity and current frequency on the primaryα-phase in the center and edge regions of the alloy ingot were further studied.The test results show that under the electromagnetic field,the morphology and size of the primary phase at the edge of the ingot are better than those at the core.When melt is poured at 650℃,stirred at current of 5 A,and frenquency of 30 Hz for 15 s and then held at 590℃for 10 min,the morphology of primary phase of alloy is relatively uniformon the whole and has the best morphology.
