摘 要:通过调整3种不同的一次熔炼和三次熔炼的电流、电压制备出φ640 mm的TC6钛合金铸锭,对比其化学成分的均匀性和低倍组织均匀性。研究了不同熔炼工艺参数对TC6钛合金软偏析缺陷的影响。结果表明,3种方法均可制备出化学成分均匀的φ640 mm的TC6钛合金铸锭;在一次熔炼中期持续降低熔炼电流和成品熔炼使用浅熔池熔炼的方式,可有效降低TC6钛合金中软偏析缺陷出现的概率;可使用调整熔炼参数的方式来降低熔炼输入功率,以此来减轻大规格铸锭宏观偏析。By adjusting the current and voltage of three different primary smelting and tertiary smelting,TC6 titanium alloy ingots with a diameter ofφ640 mm were prepared,and the uniformity of chemical composition and low-magnification structure were compared.Effect of different melting process parameters on soft segregation defects in TC6 titanium alloy was studied.The results show that the three methods can produce TC6 titanium alloy ingots with uniform chemical composition ofφ640mm.Continuously reducing the smelting current in the middle of a smelting and using a shallow molten pool smelting method for finished smelting can effectively reduce the probability of soft segregation defects in TC6 titanium alloys.The smelting input power can be reduced by adjusting the smelting parameters,so as to reduce the macrosegregation of large-sized ingots.
