摘  要:CoNiCrAlY涂层常用作工作层和金属基体之间的过渡层。采用了SHV-50超音速火焰喷涂设备在45钢表面制备了CoNiCrAlY涂层。分析了CoNiCrAlY涂层的微观组织结构、显微硬度、孔隙率、表面粗糙度、结合强度、电化学性能。结果表明:SHV-50超音速火焰喷涂获得的CoNiCrAlY涂层的孔隙率为0.48%,涂层的平均显微硬度为497.2HV0.2,涂层结合强度均值达70 MPa,抗热震次数达26次,涂层的表面粗糙度平均值为Ra6.43,利于工作层与过渡层的结合。CoNiCrAlY涂层的抗电化学腐蚀能力强于基体。SHV-50超音速火焰喷涂设备制备的CoNiCrAlY涂层可用作工作层和金属基体之间的过渡层。CoNiCrAlY coating was used as a transition coating between working coatings and metal matrix.The CoNiCrAlY coating was sprayed on 45 steel surface by SHV-50 supersonic flame spraying equipment.The microstructure,microhardness,porosity,surface roughness,bonding strength and electrochemical properties of the CoNiCrAlY coatings were characterized.The results show that the porosity of the CoNiCrAlY coating obtained by SHV-50 supersonic flame spraying is 0.48%,the average microhardness of the coating is 497.2 HV0.2.The average bounding strength of the coating is 70 MPa.The number of thermal shocks up to 26 times.The surface roughness of the coating is Ra6.43,which is better for the combination of surface layer and transition layer.CoNiCrAlY coating has stronger electrochemical corrosion resistance than matrix.So CoNiCrAlY coatings sprayed by SHV-50 supersonic flame spraying equipment can be used as transition layers between working coatings and metal substrates.
