摘 要:铝合金铸造过程铸件-铸模之间的界面换热系数的变化非常复杂,且预测非常困难。本文基于L-M(Levenberg-Marquardt)算法建立了铝合金铸造过程传热反问题模型,通过反问题分析获得铝合金铸造过程中铸件-铸模界面换热系数。通过将铸件-铸模界面换热系数反演值与标准值进行比较,验证传热反问题模型的准确性。在此基础上,分析了铸模上测点位置(与铸件-铸模界面距离、相邻测点间距)和温度测量误差对铸件-铸模界面换热系数反演值的影响规律,并给出了最优的测点布置方案和温度测量误差要求。通过铝合金铸造实验,用该反问题模型能求解出铝合金凝固过程中的铸件-铸模界面换热系数。The change of the interfacial heat transfer coefficient between the casting and the mold in the aluminum alloy casting process is very complex and difficult to predict.Based on the L-M(Levenberg-Marquardt)algorithm,an inverse problem model of heat transfer in the aluminum alloy casting process was established,and the heat transfer coefficient of the casting-mold interface during the aluminum alloy casting process was obtained through the inverse problem analysis.By comparing the inversion value of the heat transfer coefficient of the casting-mold interface with the standard value,the accuracy of the heat transfer inverse problem model was verified.On this basis,the influence of the position of measuring points(distance from the casting-mold interface,distance between adjacent temperature measuring points)and temperature measurement errors on the inversion value of the heat transfer coefficient of the casting-mold interface were analyzed,and the optimal measuring point layout scheme and temperature measurement error requirements were given.Through the aluminum alloy casting experiment,the inverse problem model can be used to solve the heat transfer coefficient of the casting-mold interface during the solidification process of the aluminumalloy.
