摘  要:大型齿轮的表面局部强化是提高其使用寿命的强化方法之一。应用一种新型感应加热装置对钢板进行局部加热试验,并应用ANSYS APDL对其过程进行数值模拟,验证模型可靠性。在此基础上对大型直齿轮的局部感应加热过程中的温度场及应力场进行模拟仿真求解,对比分析两种加热方案的温度均匀性和应力均匀性。结果表明:此新型感应加热装置对齿轮感应加热效率较高;第5 s时两种方案的温度均匀性分别为92.62%和90.28%;应力均匀性分别为91.78%和97.9%,温度均匀性和热应力均匀性变化趋势不同步。Local surface strengthening of large gear is one of the methods to improve its service life.A new type of induction heating device was used to locally heat the steel plate,and ANSYS APDL was used to simulate the process numerically to verify the reliability of the model.On this basis,the temperature field and stress field in the local induction heating process of large spur gear were simulated and solved,and the temperature uniformity and stress uniformity of the two heating schemes were compared and analyzed.The results show that the new induction heating device has high efficiency on dear induction heating,and the temperature uniformity of the two schemes at 5 s is 92.62%and 90.28%,respectively.The stress uniformity is 91.78%and 97.9%,respectively,and the variation trend of temperature uniformity and thermal stress uniformity is not synchronized.
