摘 要:采用ANSYS仿真软件,模拟客机蒙皮复合材料层合板受到雷击电流冲击后各层的温度分布,进而探究损伤情况,并将模拟结果与实际的冲击试验进行对比验证。结果发现:增加材料的相变潜热可以减少雷击损伤;飞机复合材料蒙皮的密度越大,蒙皮越耐烧蚀;蒙皮材料的比热容值越高,蒙皮越耐烧蚀;而蒙皮导电率越小,烧蚀越严重,加大蒙皮厚度方向的导电率可以减弱烧蚀程度。模拟结果可为飞机蒙皮材料的研制与飞机雷击防护提供借鉴。ANSYS simulation software was used to simulate the temperature distribution of each layer after the impact of lightning current on the skin composite laminates of passenger aircraft,and then the damage situation was explored,the simulation results were compared with the actual impact test.The results show that increasing the latent heat of phase change can reduce the damage caused by lightning strike.The higher the density of the skin,the more resistant the skin to ablation.The higher the specific heat capacity,the more resistant the skin to ablation.The lower the skin conductivity,the more severe the ablation,increasing the conductivity in the direction of skin thickness can reduce the ablation degree.The simulation results can be used as a reference for the development of aircraft skin material and the protection of aircraft lightning strike.
