摘 要:采用金相(OM)、能谱(EDS)和X射线衍射(XRD)研究了异常断屑区域的显微组织,对不同显微组织进行了EDS成分分析和XRD物相分析。结果显示,产品断屑异常区域金相组织存在明显异常,组织为回火索氏体+白色块状组织。能谱分析显示,白色块状组织与基体具有一致的成分。XRD分析显示,白色块状组织为γ-Fe+M/α-Fe。综合分析判断,05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢棒在最终热处理后经历了局部异常加热过程,使材料局部发生奥氏体化,并在随后的冷却过程中部分转变为马氏体组织,由于该组织塑性较低,导致在车削加工过程中出现异常断屑现象。The microstructure of the chip abnormal breaking area was studied by metallographic(OM),energy spectrum(EDS)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis.The EDS component analysis and the XRD phase analysis of different microstructure were carried out.The results show that there is obviously metallographic abnormity in the chip abnormal breaking area,the abnormal microstructure is composed of tempered sorbite and white block structure.The energy spectrum analysis shows that the white block structure has the same composition as the matrix.The XRD analysis shows that the white block structure consists ofγ-Fe and M/α-Fe.The comprehensive analysis shows that the 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb steel bar has gone through the local abnormal heating process after the final heat treatment,and the material is locally austenitized and partially converted to a martensitic structure during a subsequent cooling process.Due to the low plasticity of the structure,chip abnormal breaking occurs during the turning process.
