生化汤联合八珍益母胶囊治疗早孕人工流产/药物流产后宫腔残留临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究生化汤加味联合八珍益母胶囊治疗早孕人工流产/药物流产后宫腔残留的临床效果。方法选择2019年7月—2021年6月于九江市修水县第一人民医院行早孕人工流产/药物流产后宫腔残留患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分组,各40例。对照组仅给予八珍益母胶囊治疗,研究组联合生化汤加味治疗,均治疗6 d。对比两组临床疗效、症状消失时间及不良反应。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的75.00%(30/40)(P<0.05)。研究组阴道出血持续时间、月经恢复正常时间、子宫内膜恢复时间、腹痛缓解时间均短于对照组,血清β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)下降幅度低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生化汤加味联合八珍益母胶囊治疗早孕人工流产/药物流产后宫腔残留,能够有效缩短病程,避免清宫术的重复性操作,促进子宫功能修复,重建月经周期,获得较好的临床效果,安全性高,效果确切,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Shenghua decoction combined with Bazhen Yimu capsule in the treat⁃ment of residual uterine cavity after induced/medical abortion in early pregnancy.Methods A total of 80 patients with residual uterine cavity after induced/medical abortion in Xiushui First People’s Hospital from July 2019 to June 2021 were selected as research ob⁃jects by random number table,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was only treated with Bazhen Yimu capsule,while the study group was treated with Shenghua decoction,both groups were treated for 6 days.The clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time and adverse reactions were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than that of the control group(75.00%,30/40)(P<0.05).The duration of vaginal bleeding,menstrual normalcy,endometrial recovery and abdominal pain relief in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the decrease of serumβ-HCG was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Shenghua decoction and Bazhen Yimu capsule can effectively shorten the course of the disease,avoid the repeated operation of uterine cleansing,promote the restoration of uterine function,and reconstruct the menstrual cycle in the treat⁃ment of uterine cavity residues after induced/medical abortion in early pregnancy.It has a good clinical effect,high safety,and accu⁃rate efficacy,which is worth promoting.
