摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征为一种慢性内分泌性疾病,在中医学上无专门病名记载。口服短效避孕药虽然短期有效,但远期疗效不佳。冉青珍主任从事中医妇科临床工作20余年,通过中医辨证论治结合长期生活管理,治疗多囊卵巢综合征常可取得满意效果。文章论述其治疗多囊卵巢综合征的理论基础及医案,以期为临床诊疗提供参考。Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),as a chronic secretory disease,has no specific name in traditional Chinese medicine.In terms of treatment,oral short-acting contraceptives are effective in the short term,but have poor long-term efficacy.Director Ran Qin⁃gzhen has been engaged in TCM gynecology clinic for more than 20 years.Through TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment com⁃bined with patients’long-term life management,the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome can often achieve satisfactory results.This article discussed the theoretical basis and medical case of the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,in order to provide refer⁃ence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
